The Granddaddy Fly-Fishing Experience, LLC, owned and operated by Rutherford County native Michael L. Yelton, provides full-service fly-fishing excursions in the beautiful Lake Lure area and throughout the magnificent waters of Western North Carolina. 

Excursions target a variety of species of fish including trout, smallmouth and largemouth bass, carp, crappie and bluegill.
