Click to Download:	ANGLERS TO TANGLE FOR 2010 FLY MASTERS TITLE LAKE LURE, N.C. (APRIL 24-25, 2010): Anglers from across the Carolinas will compete for the title of 2010 Olympiad Fly Masters Champion presented by The Granddaddy Fly-Fishing Experience in Lake Lure, N.C. on Apr. 24-25. Day one begins with distance and accuracy casting for both youth and adults. The top ten adult finishers will advance to day two's fishing rounds where the winner is judged on the combined length of five fish caught in a two-hour timeframe. The fly-fishing tournament circuit in N.C. continues to grow, as does the caliber of its competitors. In addition to the Olympiad Fly Masters, there are two main tournaments in Western N.C. - the Pisgah Fly Masters in Brevard and the "Rumble in the Rhododendron" in Cherokee - with a handful of smaller competitions called "mini-comps" mixed in. Last year's inaugural Olympiad tournament attracted anglers from Team U.S.A. Fly Fishing, the N.C. Fly Fishing Team, and three-time Field & Stream ‘Total Outdoorsman’ Champion Paul Thompson of Marion, N.C. and member of Team Stonefly Competitive Fly Fishing. -CLICK TO READ MORE-
